SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of BSR Plumbing. By opting in to the BSR Plumbing SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

BSR Plumbing may send recurring SMS messages related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, technician or service updates, follow-ups, customer support, and review requests. Message content may vary based on your relationship and interactions with us.

2. How You Opt In

You may opt in through a website form by entering your mobile number and affirmatively checking a separate, unchecked consent box that clearly describes the SMS program. Providing a telephone number alone does not enroll you in the SMS program.

3. Consent Is Voluntary

Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies but will not exceed 3-5 messages per day unless an active service or notification event requires additional messages or you continue an ongoing text conversation with us.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. BSR Plumbing is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

6. Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a BSR Plumbing text message. We may send one final text confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages through the SMS program unless you separately opt in again. We will also honor other clear and reasonable requests to stop messaging where required by applicable law.

8. Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer

Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. BSR Plumbing may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Information collected through the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support delivery of the messaging program and are permitted to use the information only for that purpose.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted online with a revised Effective Date. Material changes may also be communicated through the SMS program or another reasonable method where appropriate.
