I called BSR Plumbing when we had an issue with our septic drainage. BSR was able to get us in quickly and sent Tommy and Tristan. Tommy and Tristan used camera and video inspection to solve the issue, which was underground. Both provided excellent service. Our first encounter with BSR was with Brenda over the phone. She answered my questions and explained what possibly could be wrong and how the company works. Within 1.5 hrs Don and Joe are at my home ready to solve the septic problem(s). They listened to my concerns, gave me a rundown of what should be done to find the solution. Once the solution was found, they gave me a breakdown of all the pricing which I signed off on. Prompt Service on Christmas Day
We had an issue with our septic backing up on Christmas, and they had somebody out in an hour to take care of it. The man that came out was very friendly and professional even though it was Christmas Day. We scheduled a tank draining, and the current tank truck driver had gotten sick, so Mr. Blount came out personally to take care of the system. Great work and friendly staff.
