BSR came within 2 hours of my call. Chris Torres worked steadily several hours to quickly and finally completely unstop the very clogged drainpipe to one of my bathrooms in a relatively short time. Mike and Jack to the Rescue
Mike and Jack came to our rescue. Did a Google search, and BSR came up. My system was completely blocked. Nothing in the house drained or flushed. Literally, within minutes of arrival, they assessed the problem. They ran their rooter down the cleanout. On the first pass, the backup water rushed down the drain. Further investigation with the in-pipe camera showed a clump of tree roots in the pipe. A second pass with the rooter cleared 90% of the roots. They recommended using a foaming root destroyer every 3 to 6 months. Really appreciated their professionalism and speed of service. Won't hesitate to call again if needed. And prices were very reasonable.

Mike & Brian: Real Lifesavers
I just want to thank Mr. Mike & Brian for getting my sink unclogged from previous tenants that poured grease in the sink. They are a lifesaver, very knowledgeable vs. the plumbing people that Town Square Management used. Not to step on toes, but AZ Plumbing didn’t know what they were doing but referred the realtor to BSR Plumbing & they came in and knew exactly what the problem was and knew how to fix the issue. Communication was on point vs. the realtors. They made sure they didn’t leave water in the sink vs. the other company. I thank God for Mike & Brian for getting the job done so that I can use my sink, and on top of that, he was on top of the realtors due to the lack of communication. No shade, but it is what it is. I want to thank you, BSR, for everything y'all do and the knowledge & training that Mike has. Thank you again for unclogging my sink and educating me on the aftercare to keep the sink unclogged. Mike deserves a raise. Mike, you are a very amazing plumber, keep doing God’s work and everything else falls in place. For helping others, you help Townhomes Management, and they should permanently have y'all for service. Y'all are amazing and get the job done right then and there. THANK YOU so much. If it wasn’t for Mike & Brian, I wouldn’t be so satisfied and stress-relieved because this has been so stressful. And again, for what y'all do, y'all deserve a bonus. I moved in Jan 25 and it is Feb 14 since I have not been able to use my sink. Now I can cook a home-cooked meal for my family. THANK YOU BSR. Quick but thorough service
I wish I knew the names of the two guys that came through and unclogged our pipes that had a large piece of tree root causing the issue. They were quick but thorough. You can tell they know what they are doing, and they ran their camera down the pipes afterward just to ensure there wasn't anything else they missed. The lady who took my call handled my situation with empathy, and I appreciate it very much. I highly recommend this company.
