I emailed BSR Plumbing as I had come back from travel out of area to find my water bill had skyrocketed. I had gone around the house to find the issue but was unsuccessful.
Tommy texted me early the next morning stating he was en route to my location. Tommy was friendly and personable; he did a thorough walk around of the whole property with his assistant, Chris, and they tested my water pressure, finding no leaks.
As we brainstormed the issue, I told Tommy I had a back bath toilet I stopped using because it tended to run. That was the culprit! Tommy explained what had been happening when I was away and went to get parts as I had an odd plumbing set up in the bowl. About 30 minutes later I was good to go!
Had a great time chatting as Tommy and Chris worked my issue. I am grateful for the friendly, prompt, and professional service I received. I was even given a veteran discount, even though I never ask for such things.
