I emailed BSR Plumbing as I had come back from travel out of area to find my water bill had skyrocketed. I had gone around the house to find the issue but was unsuccessful.
Tommy texted me early the next morning stating he was en route to my location. Tommy was friendly and personable; he did a thorough walk around of the whole property with his assistant, Chris, and they tested my water pressure, finding no leaks.
As we brainstormed the issue, I told Tommy I had a back bath toilet I stopped using because it tended to run. That was the culprit! Tommy explained what had been happening when I was away and went to get parts as I had an odd plumbing set up in the bowl. About 30 minutes later I was good to go!
Had a great time chatting as Tommy and Chris worked my issue. I am grateful for the friendly, prompt, and professional service I received. I was even given a veteran discount, even though I never ask for such things.
Thank you, gentlemen, for the prompt and excellent work. I am a very relieved and satisfied customer.

Mike came out the same day I called and was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about everything and answered all my questions. He figured out that I had inadvertently solved a blockage with plunging, and he even showed me why he thought that. He only charged me a service call price. I would definitely recommend BSR and Mike!

I used Blount's Speedy Rooter (BSR) service today. Two technicians removed old laundry room faucets and replaced them with new faucets. They did a great job. Even offered to connect washing machine. I have used BSR previously for installation of a new water heater and bringing it up to the current city code. BSR is reliable, dependable, and completes the work in an outstanding manner. Highly recommend BSR for your plumbing needs.

A Belief in Good Plumbers
I have had BSR out to the house several times for various issues we have had. Their communication is always top notch, they explain everything and work with you on solutions that work for you. They also stand by their work. I had one issue that popped up with a part that was installed, and they took care of it extremely quickly. It can be difficult to find a good plumber, but I believe we have and will be sticking with them. Brian and Mike have both been amazing, and we would gladly ask for them by name.

My first experience with BSR Plumbing but it definitely will not be the last. We needed a visit on a Sunday and the process was seamless even though it was a weekend.
