One of my water heaters stopped working and it was discovered early on Monday morning. I called BSR Plumbing and they sent Tommy Ford out the same day to check the issue. The heater was over twenty years old and had to be replaced and Tommy was able to replace it on the same day. Tommy ran into issues during the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new unit but he was able to handle everything in a quick and courteous manner. Job well done!

First off, I would like to say I am very thankful for this company and the service that they provide. I mean, seriously, you guys are lifesavers, especially during this Christmas weekend. I’ve been having issues with the water in my apartment these last few days, and these guys were very responsive, helpful, and professional. They literally came at 1 a.m. to fix my water heater leak. I haven't had hot water since Friday morning, and now I have hot water again, and I am beyond thankful for this company and the service that they provide. I 10/10 definitely recommend this service for anyone who wants to give them a try.
