Donald, the plumber who came out, was very nice and knowledgeable and got my pipes fixed. He even came back alone the next day to finish the job because it was so labor-intensive. Professional, quick, and thorough! Needed a quick response for a rental property with backup in every sink, shower, toilet, and even the washing machine. Called BSR after hours and was able to reach a live person to schedule them to come out at their first availability. Tommy and Zach arrived and quickly identified several issues. They explained and showed the problems to the resident who was on-site, then sent me pictures and called to discuss. Tommy was very patient repeating things to someone with little plumbing knowledge. If I ever need more plumbing help, they will be my first call.
